• Time Frame: You may return items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, personalized products, and clearance items are not eligible for returns.

• Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item.
• Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, including the original packaging if possible. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the package. Send the item to Ranjitnagar, Ta. Ghoghamba,

• Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
