About Us
Ranjitnagar Handicraft, a social enterprise under GFL’s CSR initiatives, empowers vulnerable women in the Ranjitnagar area through skill training and support. Over 160 women have learned tailoring at the GFL Skill Training Centre, forming self-help groups (SHGs). Some SHG members have become small entrepreneurs, earning Rs 1500 to Rs 15,000 per month by stitching and selling jute bags and other handicraft items. This initiative has fostered self-confidence and self-reliance, truly empowering these women.
