About Us

Who We Are?

Ranjitnagar Handicraft is a unique initiative driven by the corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitment of InoxGFL, one of India’s leading industrial conglomerates with expertise in Fluoropolymers, Speciality Chemicals, and Wind Energy. As part of its dedication to sustainable development and community upliftment, InoxGFL established this initiative under CSR umbrella to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for rural women, empowering them to achieve financial independence and self-reliance.

Currently, 95 women from surrounding villages are actively involved in various handicraft activities at our center. These women undergo extensive training, learning tailoring skills and participating in skill development workshops organized by InoxGFL. Through these programs, they acquire expertise in creating eco-friendly jute bags, soy wax candles, rakhi, Mud Mirror art, resin art, and diyas.

This initiative not only preserves traditional crafts but also provides a vital source of income for these artisans. By creating economic opportunities, we contribute to enhancing the well-being of their families and communities. Ranjitnagar Handicraft is a key step towards building a future where sustainable development, community empowerment, and cultural heritage flourish together.

What We Are?

Ranjitnagar Handicraft is more than just a handicraft enterprise—it is a socially-driven venture with a strong focus on sustainability, women’s empowerment, and cultural preservation. As a core part of InoxGFL’s CSR initiative, we are committed to uplifting rural communities by providing women with the training and employment they need to gain skills, confidence, and financial independence.

We specialize in producing a range of sustainable and eco-friendly handcrafted products. Our artisans utilize locally sourced, natural materials to create high-quality, unique items that combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary designs. From our jute bags to soy wax candles, every product reflects our commitment to sustainability and the promotion of local arts.

At Ranjitnagar Handicraft, we aim to create an ecosystem where women artisans thrive both socially and economically. By offering a platform for these women to showcase their skills, we enable them to contribute meaningfully to their households and society while preserving the rich cultural heritage of the region.

InoxGFL, known for its leadership in Fluoropolymers, Chemicals, and Renewable Energy, is dedicated to sustainable business practices and community development. This handicraft initiative is an extension of its belief in creating long-term, positive social impact. We are building a future where self-sufficiency, gender equality, and environmental responsibility go hand in hand.
